Fitness and training are integral parts of successful hockey, therefore
it is essential to maintain these two aspects throughout the season.
Whether it is running up hills, pounding the streets or using the gym
all additional training will be beneficial to you. It is however important
to bond with team members and a training session during the week could
help this process. It is also the place to perhaps make yourself available
to train at a higher team level. (subject to invitation).
