Description Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse on Saturday 25th April 2009, commencing at 5pm.

1. To read the notice convening the Annual General Meeting

2. Apologies for absence.

3. To receive the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 25th July 2008.

4. Matters arising not dealt with in the agenda.

5. To receive the Report of the Committee for the 2008/9 season.

6. To receive proposals for the election of Vice Presidents

7. To elect the Committee.

8. Any other business.
